  9. be  very  grateful that you get in touch with either us(STOSSER)  or  the 
  10. writer of the article before using it in any other publication whatsoever. 
  11. Although  i must admit you'd be far better off getting your own  material.  
  12. Written  permission must be obtained from us or the writer before you  use 
  13. anything.   If  we find something from this zine hovering  around  without 
  14. ours or the writers permission, we'll be very unhappy, and we'll soon find 
  15. a use for the pair of Velociraptors living in my cellar.

  17. This disk magazine is public domain and may be distributed freely by 
  18. everyone (with certain conditions to P.D.  Libraries).   HOWEVER!, it must 
  19. be in it's entirety and remain unaltered or changed  in any way.  Because 
  20. it is P.D. we  can accept no responsibility whatsoever for loss or  damage  
  21. resulting from the use of this 'zine.   You want a guarantee, buy a glossy 
  22. magazine, they guarantee a virus free disk every time......(tee hee!).  We 
  23. do it entirely for fun and without profit as do the coder's and writers of 
  24. the routines and articles we use.   So if you  have  a  problem  then  
  25. erm.........we're  sorry,   but  thats  life.  Incidentally,  in the 
  26. unlikely event that you do experience problems,  get in  touch with brief 
  27. details of your set-up so we can do our best to  sort it out.

  29. All the stuff in the 'zine is P.D.  or shareware as far as we know, 
  30. therefore if we have used something that we shouldn't have, please tell us 
  31. as soon as possible so we can shoot whoever sent it us.  However,  none of 
  32. us whatsoever will be held responsible in anyway,  for any infrigements of 
  33. copyright  or complete cock-ups as we rely entirely on  the  documentation 
  34. supplied.

  40. If  you run a public domain library and would like  to  distribute STOSSER
  41. you are welcome to do so.   On condition that you send us a disk of stos 
  42. source or programs for each issue you decide to stock.   If you are  short 
  43. of  STOS source then a disk of ordinary P.D.  would be fine.   This is  so 
  44. that we have plenty of programs to review,  and also so we can continue to 
  45. put plenty of source in the giveaways.  You can send them to KEEFY or TONY 
  46. at the usual addresses.   If you are a library,  please do not  distribute 
  47. STOSSER without contacting us first.
